The condition of important wear parts, such as the crawler tracks, the idler and tension rollers, and the seals and sealing rings of the hydraulic cylinders, is particularly important. Our Q standards are divided as follows:

Quality standard Q1
This includes new machines that are still under full manufacturer's warranty.

Quality standard Q2
Quality standard Q2 covers construction machines that are covered by the Schlüter workshop warranty.

Quality standard Q3
These are construction machines that are ready for immediate use and show signs of wear, whose wear parts are assessed visually and technically.

Quality standard Q4
Machines with quality standard Q4 are used machines without any warranty (“as is”).

Quality standard Q5
Machines with quality standard Q5 serve only as spare parts carriers for intact equipment.
