Surveying and construction site set-up 

Surveying
Our surveyors can map your construction project for you with rover or drone technology. We advise you in generating special topographical models, which are also suitable for the machine controls, and we assist your company in the set-up of the jobsite with GPS base stations for controlling the construction equipment.

We support you with the necessary preliminary planning, permits or the calculation of volumes from 3D measurement.

Our strength is the acquisition of actual three-dimensional mass data for high planning quality.

Jobsite set-up
The efficiency and cost-effectiveness of a construction project is more and more heavily determined by the planning and set-up of the jobsite. Thanks to both integrated and plug & play control systems, all equipment is connected with the site office via Topcon's Sitelink3D and Komatsu Smart Construction communication systems. This enables us to have a constant communication between the office and jobsite.

Data preparation

Take advantage of our experience in the planning of jobsite projects – we advise and guide you in preparing 3D planning data for machine controls or surveying systems. We convert 2D planning data into a full 3D topographical model by attaching elevation information.  

We can respond flexibly to project or planning changes and modify the 3D planning data. We create basic 3D models for you and also integrate "as built" data of the construction equipment. These are sometimes necessary for documentation and accounting of variances between the original plan and the actual implementation.
