Quality standards help with the initial assessment of used machinery
Across the company, Schlüter für Baumaschinen has over 200 used machines, which are refurbished to specific ‘Q-standards’ at the respective branches and made ready for use. There are a total of five different quality standards, allowing customers to assess the condition of a used machine at a glance: Machines with a “Q1” standard are classic new machines that are still covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty – “Q5” machines, on the other hand, are purely spare parts carriers. Machines that are intact and operational but already show signs of wear, such as tyre wear, are classified under the “Q3” quality standard. In addition, Schlüter offers the following quality standards for construction machinery: “Q2” (Schlüter workshop warranty) and “Q4” (as is, without any warranty).
